I have recently built my own desktop, everything is running beautifully but now I have an issue where yes my razer mouse and keyboard work but now I want the profiles for keybinds and etc so now I must download razer synapse. When I am installing it, I get an error saying it cannot connect to the internet or my pc is not connected. I have tried reinstalling countless times, removed app data and tried reinstalling and so on. I continue to get the same problem. Tried it on other computers (not windows 10) and synapse works just fine. Additionally I have turned off all firewalls and have them set to allow razer synapse, and still did not fix the problem. Any feed back would be appreciated.

have you set up a profile? it seems it might be their end as the activation server may be down

Synapse, the software driving the cloud setup, has both an online and offline mode. Unfortunately, you can't access the offline portion until you've registered your new hardware. This is a problem, especially when the company forcing you to create an account before you can use your mouse can't keep its servers up. Furthermore, if you're away from your own computer (with its offline settings synched) and without an internet connection, your mouse becomes useless again. And it's not just spotty internet connections that cause a problem. It's also other software.

you aren't only person with this error but I have yet to find a solution..

you might have to contact razor support.

I had a blackwidow, the drivers used to install as windows 10 was still installing and bugging out. I had to remove them and reinstall them before they would see my keyboard. Their software is the worst part about them.

I have been trying to update Razer Synapse for three days now. Nothing works. Disabled Firewall, Anti Virus etc. but still no luck. Will never buy anything from Razer.

Going back to Logitech.

I did, had Blackwidow, now have G910. I at one stage had razer mouse & KB, now I have neither.

Synapse is terrible, a lot of the time it messes up their hardware, can't see the hardware or just refuses to update.
