Razer synapse system error 3803

Please help. Razer synape closed and now it just syas this when i log in

I have just restet my pc and when i tried installing it it said i have nk internet then just closed now i cant open it. And i have 3803 not 02

I have the same problem and my date and time is correct , i dont think thats the problem. We need a solution from razer. The link that you posted is since summer 2016

We can try booting it in offline mode https://blog.mostlyhacking.com/2013/06/02/razer-synapse-2-0-offline-mode-hack/ - basically edit your RazerLoginData.xml file - find the "<Mode>Online</Mode>" line and change to "<Mode>Offline</Mode>" - save file then restart Synapse.

Go check Razer's twitter they know about the issue and are working on it.
