Razer Synapse Update Error

so i recently purchase a Razer BlackWidow ultimate stealth 2016,
it need razer synapse, so i download it with no problem and install.
after i log in, it says it need update. so i proceed clicking "Update Now".
after about 3% update, an error message appear stating that my internet is not connected. i press "try again" multiple times, no luck.
anybody have a solution?

Its Razer software. I am not surprised, I may have gotten the update you are after and I don't even have a Blackwidow keyboard anymore, windows still installed something

i can't read all of that, i can barely understand some of it.
english is not my native.
but then i stumble across the last section, something about "Disabling Anti-Virus", and it works.
