So, I am building a system for a acquaintance and wanted to double check everything is fine on the build. They don't have a budget, hence the overkill nature of some parts. They specified Razer green as the theme. So I have been doing the best I can, and here is the design I came up with:

Case: NZXT Razer H440
CPU: i7 6700k
GPU: 2x 980Ti EVGA [2-way SLI]
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170 G1 Sniper
RAM: HyperX DDR4 32GB RAM
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
HDD: 2TB SSHD
PSU: Corsair RM 1000w PSU [80+ Gold Certified]
CPU Cooler: Corsair Water Cooler H80i

I just wanted double check the build, as I am unfamiliar with this caliber of parts and system (My personal rig has a FX6300 and a R9 390, so yea....) And am most likely going to be payed to some extent for the build. So any tips, criticism, or even praise :) are welcome.

(To me it seems mostly fine, but I am worried about the more budget orientated board, when I am sticking 2 980Ti's in it, but it is gigabyte and the only green skylake board out there at the moment)

Thanks in advance

Solution
Unless he's got a 4k monitor, or running 3 monitors, it seems like SLI is a waste.

Would also drop to 16GB of ram unless he's got some specific use for that much.

Finally, ditch the hdd for a bigger ssd unless this build needs to store a ton of movies and photos.

Gigabyte sniper should be fine with sli if it's a must.

I have tried to persuade them to go for just 1 980ti and 16gb RAM, but they said they wanted it overkill, so... (they started with 64gb RAM and a 5960X in mind, so I managed to persuade them this far). They do have a triple monitor setup at 1440p I believe though. The idea for the HDD is good, will probably ditch it in favor of just a 1TB SSD, but will ask if they plan to store films, etc on it.
Thanks for the suggestions!
