Razor Mamba TE scroll wheel help

I have the Razor Mamba Tournament Edition and the scroll wheel isn't working. I reinstalled razor synapse but still doesn't work. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked for one sec then stopped. I blew down the side of the scroll wheel to try and clean it and it didn't work. I am done with razor but I don't have the money to go out and get a mouse and need this to last. I really need some help please.

Didn't work I just got a new one. Thank God for warranty
