Razor Synapse Won't Download

I just bought the Razor Blackwidow X Chroma and I wanted to download the Razor Synapse but when I clicked on it it just didn't download. It took me to the page where it said 'Thanks for downloading' but no download. Help?

have you tried a different browser? its unlikely but maybe razor download page is blocked by your firewall

Most of the problems associated with Synapse are update related, not actually downloading the client

For some reason it just worked after restarting my pc like 5 times and then going to the website and download. Thx
