RCA S/PDIF backplate from mothrboard?

A lot of motherboards today feature some form of header for S/PDIF, whether you output it to RCA or TOSLINK. I've come up short and need an RCA S/PDIF connection, but my motherboard only has TOSLINK on the back. Where can I get an back plate that has an RCA S/PDIF connection from the motherboard (ASUS 3/4 pin)?

Yeah a quick Google already got that far but I'm personally trying to stay away from Ebay and use a more qualified dealer

I wouldn't worry, that trader has over 15,000 transactions and gives also the pinouts for several motherboards. You can try also to build one by yourself, as that adapter is a passive one and requires only an easy-to-find RCA female plug:

Just be sure that the casing of the RCA plug do not touches the case of your PC.
