I've been unable to find any cards that came out since the voodoo3 3500 that had any capability of supporting RCA and/or S-Video inputs. I would naturally prefer a separate PCI tuner as opposed to having to buy a whole new gfx card with built in tuner. And the 3dfx line of products has long since been fossilized.

That's actually a fairly common feature. Just buy a TV-tuner card. <A HREF="http://www.softwareandstuff.com" target="_new">http://www.softwareandstuff.com</A> had one with both inputs for around $15 last time I looked.
