How are your ambient temps so low? Mine are pretty warm even though I live in a pretty northern country.

Well, unless you have your room cooled by an Aircondition unit, then the ambient temp is entirely tied to the weather. Nothing one can do about it.
Many countries had an extremely warm summer this year.
