RDIMM Will Not POST On Server Board

My ASUS P7F-M WS board will not POST using 4x 8GB RDIMM with the Elpida brand name

I have the latest BIOS revision which came with it when I bought it new several years ago
The CPU is the Intel Xeon 3430 which is confirmed to support ECC RDIMM
I have been using 2x8GB UDIMM by Kingston model name Hyper Blu and these work fine and POST after removing the RDIMM models
I would like to use 32GB RAM using RDIMM models but I am at a loss what to do next, please advise what you normally do in this situation?

I believe the problem is as follows

In the manual it says this board only supports x8 DRAM

My Elpida DRAM looks like x4 because the label says

I’ve got this label on the left on all 4 of them
