Rdram PC800 non ecc or ecc... 40ns or 45ns?

My PC has the non ecc can I mix it with ecc rdram which is used in servers? Also I'm running PC800 40ns and I see alot of 45ns on ebay. Is this something that I can use or is it different?

I see the ecc rdram has the 45ns. Anyone know about this ? I really would like to get some this weekend please help.
