RDRAM PC800 vs PC1066

Which is better?

1) RDRAM 768MB of PC1066 NonECC

or

2) RDRAM 1GB of PC800 NonECC


Is it better to have 1GB of PC800 or just 768MB of PC1066?

1GB. The diference between 800MHz and 1066MHz isn't really significative. In some benchmark you can see that the diference is less that 4 points, so, get the 800MHz

Thanks for that info. I will be getting more PC800 and PC1066 (512MB)..
I guess I can mix them up to get the max of 2GB...
It is my understanding that all systems when mixing ram speeds are forced to use the speed of the slowest of the sticks... It will run your 1066 at 800 speeds...
I just wanted to know if it will be better to have 2GB running at PC800 or 1gb running at PC1066

For size, get the 2GB PC2 800MHz, how i said up, the difference isn't big.
