re-install windows with i5 4670k?

i would like to know if i would have to re-install windows if i replace my i5 4670 with the k-version because i want to overclock but i dont want to lose all my settings on my computer and do hours of re-installing the drivers and programs etc. thanks

No, it should be fine. The motherboard is the only component that calls for a reinstall of Windows.
