Re-installation factory recovery image .

Hi , I have just bought HP Elitebook x360 2 months ago , but I want to do clean installation for windows 10 pro for my laptop via USB drive , but if I want to re-install windows 10 factory from Recovery USB that I have created when first time I used the laptop , Will I be able to do this after making clean installation for windows 10 pro on my laptop
as I'm afraid that may some features as face id ,finger print sensor, ventilation and touchscreen may not work when doing clean installation ?

For a true clean installation, use the microsoft media creation tool to make a Windows 10 install USB stick. For stuff like face ID and all that, you should be able to download the drivers from the support page for your laptop.

If I made this, in future can I re-install windows using the Hp recovery image USB? Or not

Yeah, you can always use the HP recovery media.
