Re-Installed SSD and can't access programs

Hello All!

My old Hard drive died so I replaced it and installed Windows 7 on it, I linked up my SSD that I was using to store my programs onto, but now with the new OS nothing will open, is there a way to resolve this without having to re-install them all?

You have to reinstall programs. When you installed the OS you created a new registry database. That database has no knowledge of your installed programs. Without that knowledge (and possibly files installed into the system files area) your programs won't run.
