My nephew damaged his laptop to the point where I had to reinstall windows 7 to it using a spare copy of the OS I had lying around. Before I did so the computer did not start and running startup repair and system restore did not solve the problem. After Installing windows 7 everything seems to be running fine aside from the fact its missing several drivers as seen in the picture below. It's out of the realm of my knowledge at this point and I am having difficulty finding the appropriate steps to find and install the correct drivers, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Go to the laptop manufacturers web site using another PC

Search for the drivers for the model of laptop you have.

Copy at least the network drivers onto a USB stick.

Copy the drivers from the USB stick to the laptop and install them. Hopefully the basic USB stack in Windows will allow you to do this.

You should now have a laptop that can get on the internet.

Try that change settings button and change the setting to search Windows Update for drivers, you'll probably get enough basic drivers to get most things going.

If not then back to the manufacturers web site on the laptop to download the required drivers from their site.

Its not the video drivers but the network drivers, I already found the model of the laptop on the website I just don't know which driver to download to get the wifi working. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-14r-n4110/drivers
