Re-installing Win 10

HI all iv'e been having strange things with my pc for a wile so iv'e decided to Re-install windows 10... but iv'e got some specific questions that iv'e not been able to fined on google.
So
1* Where does Steam save, Save game data?

2*What is the difference between Recovery, "Reset this pc" and Device performance & health "Fresh start"?

3*I have a 256Gb ssd as my boot drive, would using any of these affect my outer Hdd's?

6*Im using an OEM version of windows 8( wich i Free upgraded to win 10) if i need to re-enter my Win code is there a problem there?

5*Um... anything elce i might need to know?

1. steam saves go into Documents folder, move that to another hdd before you do install so you don't lose them. Can use this to move Documents folder: http://www.dummies.com/computers/operating-systems/windows-10/how-to-change-the-location-of-user-folders-in-windows-10/ (they just have clear descriptions, not a comment on your ability)

3. reset and refresh both only effect C drive. They only do 1 partition on the drive. Only effect they have on other drives is windows won't know other drives exist so need to reinstall applications to use them (like Steam client for your games library)

curious where 4 went... but 6. you don't need to re enter a key for either refresh or reset

5. not that I know off... you know you can re use steam library folders? just download client after whichever you choose, and point default library location at old folder and it will find them again. no need to download them again
