Its ram is 350, gpu pretty sure is 250

Ok. But is it good enough for playing games and basic video editing stuff.

video = yea...any card can play video...even my old diamond 3d 2mb

Okay let me rephrase what others said,

this card is a worthless piece of sh*t, it can't do anything that a trident/voodoo can't do.

If you want something that can run games with decent 2d quality, then the Radeon 9600pro is probably the best choice. If that's beyond your budget, you could look into the 9600np(make sure it has 128bit memory).
