Read Seagate NAS 400 HD

How can I read the HD from a Seagate NAS 400 ?

I wish I could do that, The Nas is rebooting itself every 6 seconds.
I would like to know if there is a way of reading the data of the HDs in any other environment ....

yes. They typically use a version of linux so most linux live cd's can read the drives directly, they do need to be installed into your pc, if you boot from one.
