read/write sdd sandisk ultraII 240

Hi,

my SSD show me just 100mb/s when a copy and past some file but i when use CrystaleDiskMark to test it it show me 500mb/s read 500mb/s

anyone can explain me why ?

Please post screencaps of whatever applications are showing you this.

Also, "copy/paste" also depends on the drive you are copying to or from.
Performance depends on the speed of the slowest device.
