reader_sl.exe msvcr100.dll missing windows 10

I followed the instructions and D/L the file recommended, but after trying to install it says it's not supported on my platform. Windows 10 64bit. Any ideas??

msvcr100.dll is a component of the 2010 Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package. Install it from here:

Get the service pack installer too if this one doesn't work:
