Reading E-Mails across computers

Just got a HP Laptop with Win 8.1 Desktop uses XP with Outlook Express (has my E-Mail), How can I read/get E-Mails into the Win 8.1 laptop ?

Set up Outlook on it also - you can have email on multiple systems
