Question Reading in VR

What is the best headset to use for reading in VR? Additionally, what is the best app to use when reading in VR?

I’d like to be able to read text on websites, books on Kindle, PDFs, Google docs, Word, and Excel spreadsheets. Basically, anything that I can read on a desktop I’d like to be able to read in VR. Is there any chance of that?
