Ready for Next Gen gaming?

Can this build handle next gen and current gen at 720p or 1080p at High/Ultra

I like Windows 8 so I am not getting Windows 7

How long can this build hold up and be used? I am hoping around 4-5 years.

Watch Dogs
DayZ Standalone
Arma II Mod DayZ
Titanfall
Plantside 2
Fallout Series
GTA V
GTA IV
Minecraft (No FPS Issues)

I am building this computer for my school class, and I want to get a good grade, which would be a A. The requirements that I set was "Budgeted build that can play next gen games"

Drop the thermal paste. the cooler comes with good paste.

Get 2x4gb RAM. It is faster in dual channel.

Get an xfx550 PSU. Better quality than the corsair cx line.

That motherboard is a bit low end and if you want to overclock seriously I would get an z77 board.
