I would suggest a better power supply such as the XFX TS Series 550w 80+ Bronze

There are better powersupplies, but the EVGA 500B is more than adequate for this build. It's actually a pretty good unit.

This build should easily handle streaming WoW at 60 FPS. I've seen people do the same thing on weaker hardware. You could make some adjustments and definitely lower the price if needed, but as is, it'll work and work well.
