Real player has stop working

Hello,
When I oen Real Player, inmediateley appear a message telling me that it stop working. Some time after this appear another telling me that Windows live quick time control host has stop working too.
I try desabling real player and download it again, and the same thing. I don't know what more can I do. Please help me who has the answer. Thank You. Gloria
