Real time microphone boosting

Hi,i would need a program that takes my microphone input,makes it louder,and makes it a chooseable input in skype or teamspeak or any sound using program.I know that there is a built in microphone boost in sound manager but there's only a little box that i can check in and it boosts the volume really slightly.I will not buy a new microphone or sound card because i don't have money even for a 50-100$ soundcard.Any helps will be appreciated.
