reallocated event count error and how to fix

Hi
When I check my HDD with HD tune, it shows this warning:

but when I searched for bad sector it was OK

95% is very bad or I can still use?
is there any way to fix this?

Also I checked my hdd with HDD Regenerator and after 3 hours scaning this is result :

I have a 3 fan Coolpad
do I need to servic my laptop and clean inside fan and replace Silicons?

My main Problem is my system crashes . specially when I'm watching videos. I have R7 m370 with update driver
last night system hangs in shutting down Screen !
What's the problem ?

Could be overheating or problems with gpu.
