Reallocated Sector Count

Guyz , I have been using Toshiba's MK5061GSYN Hard Drive Since Last three years in my Dv6 Pavilion Notebook ...Now after checking the results with HD Tune Pro, There are Reallocated Sector Counts marked in red , which shows there is some thing wrong with the hard drive...I have been noticing quite a few seconds delay in read and write performance of the laptop and every thing completes with a delay and it shows on the screen.....Sir I am attatching the screenshots and logs of HD Tune pro and please suggest .

Hey Amit. I can't see any screenshots. You can upload them on imgur.com and share the link. Although it does sound like the drive is failing. I'd recommend that you backup any important data which you may have on it ASAP. Then if the drive is still under warranty - contact customer support to see if you can RMA it.
