Your first screen shot shows a Reallocated Sector count that is well over the alarm limit. All HDD's today have an internal system (invisible to the OS) that checks itself and tries to fix failing sectors by replacing them from a stock of know-good spares. But that stock has a limit. BEFORE the spares all get used up, the SMART system sends you a warning, and that is what you are seeing. It means two things: right now the HDD it working OK, but eventually it will NOT be able to do that replacement, and you will lose data; and, the rate of failure may be increasing, so start NOW to buy and install a replacement for the HDD, so you can get all your data off the old one BEFORE it does fail.
