reallocating Gigs from D to C

Someone at school split my c drive into c: and D: How do I get rid of the D;
and reallocate the GIGS to C: ?

How was the drive split in the first case? I would suggest using a 3rd
party partitioning progam:

Acronis PartitionExpert - http://www.acronis.com/products/partitionexpert/
Partition Magic - http://www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic/
