I5-4690, EVGA 1070 FTW, 16 gb G.SKill Ram, Asus H97 pro gamer mobo, EVGA 650 watt PSU.
For about a month I've been getting some really bad frame drops, and my computer will sometimes freeze, then beep 3 times in a row and come back. The frame drops will happen in any game, Rust, World of Warships, Apex, Hearthstone big time, anything. I was just playing World of Warships and it would drop from 60 fps and go as low as 2 fps then freeze, any movement would cause it to drop FPS. Usually restarting my computer will fix it. Any ideas to what is wrong? Bad Ram? I don't have a virus and it's not overheating.
