I recently upgraded to an RTX 2070 super and I'm getting horrible frame drops in every single game.
I've tried reinstalling my drivers using DDU and have reinstalled windows, i have no idea what's causing this issue.

Here's my system specifications and user benchmark
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
MAG B365M MORTAR(MS-7C67)
16.0 GB
500W Corsair
RTX 2070 super
MSI MAG B365M MORTAR(MS-7C67) Performance Results - UserBenchmark

Your system memory is not running at the proper speed, first off. And it looks like your system was busy when you ran that benchmark.

Power supply is a little small to be running a 2070S. That alone is a 250W part, 9900K is a '95W' part, but can definitely exceed that. And we haven't even started on the motherboard, memory, fans, drives, and all your USB peripherals.

Yeah I think I had a few things open in the background while using the benchmark, but thank you for the reply, I'm going to get a 650w power supply and see if that helps.

Motherboard might limit you to 2666, but it is worth a try to get those memory speeds up. Running at 2133 is pretty low for a 9900k. That or consider getting a proper Z390 or Z370 board for it.
Thanks for the advice, but there's been a bit of a recent development, i'm getting frequent blue screens now with the error message kernel power 41, any idea what thats about?
