Question Really blurry font on various applications

Hey, I've had this problem for ages and I tried various methods but I just can't seem to get rid of programs appearing extremely blurry:

I tried:
Changing the scale
Windows anti blurry mode on and off
and it doesn't help me.
I have an NVIDIA Graphics card and AMD CPU if that helps.

Examples below (this also happens with Twitch and 1 javascript game.):

What version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you on? Make and model of your motherboard? What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

SSD/HDD: 1tb Seagate barracude & 1tb WD Blue SN550
GPU: Geforce GTX 1050 ti
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-550
Monitor: MSI G241 and a random old Medion Akoya
