Really curious if my PC is getting hacked or something

So randomly command prompt appeared on my screen while watching a video on yt(I had steam open and pubg update was running in background + bnet application).. It said something like "Win32 unsolicated" at top.. it dissapeard so fast so I couldn't react in time to make a screenshot or anything.. So I've no clue why this message and prompt appeard on my screen all of the sudden? Thought maybe I got some virus in my PC or some keylogger shit? Any thoughts? That's why I'm curious why it randomly appeard.. It have never happened before like using this PC almost 1-2years now consistantly.. or maybe it has something to do with page file sizing? Since I changed it so I could increase performance of my shitty 8GB ram
