Question Really High CPU Usage

My PC is showing a really high CPU usage by "System" on Task Manager and I can't work out why. I did some digging and I think Windows Performance Analyser shows that it's being caused by "ntoskrnl.exe!MiWalkPageTablesRecusively" under "ntoskrnl.exe!KiStartSystemThread" but I have no idea what this means and can't seem to find anything about how to fix it. Its using around 30% of my CPU.. I may have been doing all of this wrong but any help would be appreciated!
