Really High Memory Usage

I have recently bought a new laptop (will show specs below) and when I look on the task manager my memory usage is at 99% most of it is used by a program called:Service host local system (15) and an other program called System. But my ram usage is around 20%.

I have done some research and I have read some things like memory leak and so but haven't found a way to solve it.

I don't play High End games yet but I'm planning to do so but I'm kinda worried about the % I see on the task manager.

Specs:
MSI GE70 2PC Apache
8 GB Ram
Intel Core I7-4710HQ Quad Core
2.5GHZ (Turbo boosted upto 3.5GHZ)

Any help would be really appreciated!

Check to see if you're not actually running windows updates in the background because sometimes that inflates the numbers.

Is this with anything open? And it would make sense that there would be a lot of windows updates going on with a new laptop.
