So recently I've been experiencing lots of crashes while playing, so I decided to check my CPU temperatures on Speccy, according to speccy my CPU ( AMD A8-7650K ) is up in 70ºC-90ºC. Please note that this is when it's idling. When playing games it can reach up to 100ºC+.

Is this normal? Is there any way i can decrease the temperatures?

[EDIT]: I've been looking around the internet and many people say that Speccy cant determine the temperatures accurately, some people means that it can. Help.

Solution
The FM2+ chipset is notorious for inaccurate temp readings. I recommend using AMD Overdrive for temp monitoring. The big difference is that Overdrive shows the "temperature headroom" or the amount the temp can go UP before overheating. A number of 40C or 50C at idle with that number decreasing when the CPU is loaded is normal.
