For awhile now my computer takes a really long time to start, and when i checked my bios start up time in task manager is says 11815.4 seconds any suggestions to fix this?

11815.4 seconds = 197 minutes (approx) = 3 hours? Is that how long it takes?
where is the slowness, before the login screen or after?

Bios start up time in Task Manager represents the time it takes the motherboard to hand control of PC to windows 10, if it is really long it can be a sign hard drive is problem.

What hdd do you have?

Can try running start up repair and see if that helps

Go to settings/update & security/recovery
Under advanced startup, click restart now button
this loads a blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info

It doesn't take 3 hours to boot (i probably should of said that first) but it takes around 1 min to 2 mins to start up and the slowness is before the login i am pretty sure at least.

My hdd is :Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB

Will try repair after this

Edit: After running the repair tool all it did was restart my pc and nothing changed/happend

Edit2: I tried again but this time it says : Windows 10 automatic repair couldn't repair your pc.

it shows that second message even if there is nothing wrong.

One minute is much less an issue, it could be old drivers for sata or chipset on motherboard, depending on if PC is a brand name or custome made, you either need to go to web site for pc (if its a brand name) or for motherboard (if custom)

You could run seatools for windows on drive and check its health: https://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/downloads/seatools/
