I don't need something too good, just if i can play at least low-med settings at 30fps and 720p30fps editing I will be happy, I already have a laptop so I may upgrade the build more lately, my budget is 200€, I can add 20 or 30€ more if it's worth it, this is the build I have in mind:

Athlon 200GE
B450M or A320M motherboard
G.Skill 8GB DDR4 2800MHz CL17
Kingston A400 120GB
GT 1030

If you have any better build please check on Portugal stores if you can.
I already have the case and the psu so no need to waste money on new ones, I don't need a high end pc, just something to do the things I mentioned so i can upgrade later.

Cheers.

For a little bit more, this would be much more preferable:

This is a downgrade in graphics but is still decent enough for lower settings depending on the game:
PCPartPicker...
A 200GE is worthless as a gaming CPU. A Ryzen 2200g and a cheap b350 motherboard will be your best bet for a ultra budget gaming PC. For a few bucks more a 2400g will get you noticeable gains.

The 2400g doesn't need a GPU to enable playable(not necessarily enjoyable) framerates.

That was exactly the store I was thinking of buying, thanks for the tip, if I wanted an Intel build what would you recommend? As GPU I would think of a GT 1030 as it isn't much of a downgrade from my laptop.

The 8100 is still good yes. Just the AMD V8 integrated graphics are much better than the UHD 630.
Usually the 8100 costs more so usually the 2200G is much better value.
Don't even consider intel on a low budget. This way if you get the 2200g on a b450 AM4 platform, your upgrade options will be plentiful.

Ok so due to a discount on prices I can spend at least 250€ and trow 20€ more if it's worth it, since the prices may get even lower than that, if anyone wants to give me a build just recommend, thanks for the help that you guys gave me.

Hello, can I get anything better for 300€ regarding that the prices on christmas will get lower?
