really low fps

ok so been having this trouble quite some time i thought i had faulty gpu (1070ti) so sent it back and came back fine... ive done all drivers updates bios chipset etc and still i get as bad as 38 on fortnite even with low setting i have 144hz monitor anybody know anything ??

1070ti GTX 6GB? What brand is that? As far as I know, the 1070 doesn't have a 6GB version.

well if iam on bf1 ultra settings its around 55 everything was perfect then all sudden couldnt even play it on low id see frames drop to 30ish

Yes, but what is your GPU usage while playing? If it's less than 90-100%, then that's probably the issue.

yh its never as high as that ?? usage at most 70
