Really Low Temps FX-8320

My FX-8320 is suprisingly cool. Even with Prime95 running with 6 threads and CPU usage being over 80%, the max temp is 25C. Is this right? My CPU cooler is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo.

how are you measuring the temperature?

CoreTemp because most programs don't support the 8core FXs.

When I run at the absolute max it caps at 31C. (or at least that's what it says)

Even in HWMonitor, it maxes 31C

Honestly its not possible. I have the FX-8320 and the evo212
you may have a faulty temp reader. can you post a picture of the hwmonitor while running the prime95 for 10 minutes?
