Really need help with a new gaming build

Need help with a new gaming PC build for around £300-350. I only really play cs.go, however i have always loved the souls series and would really like to be able to play dark souls 3 on the highest settings possible for the budget. If you could offer me any advice, builds or opinions they would be greatly appreciated.

with the intel h97 mb you can drop in an i3 or i5 when you have the funds. yu can use onboard video till you can buy a gaming gpu. or pull the gpu out of your old pc and put it into your newer pc if there both pc cards.

dont go with a single stick of ram it will just lower your bandwidth
