Really need help

Hey guys so im new to this forum and i really need your help, i just bought a gaming pc a few weeks ago with a I5 4590 and a AMD R9 380 (2gb) and i've been noticing a problem with a bunch of games, for example i was just playing shadow of mordor and i noticed that my Average FPS and Max FPS were the same than on the Youtube videos, but my Min FPS were 10 instead of being 50...should i be worried? Anything helps, thanks in advance
