Ive been looking at components now for around 3 months, Ive finally got the money in the bank and ive got a week of work!

Ive always wanted to get into building websites ect, vlogging.

I need a computer capable of running, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, RUNESCAPE, while also running dual monitors and watching youtube, basic browsing, and playing music

I would ideally prefer to spend less now and upgrade in future (even if it costs abit more)

What would u recommend on a budget of 400-500?

Ive also found these monitors

2 of them? Is it good value for money or would you go with something else?

As for monitor, I'd look for an Acer, Asus or Dell.

Hi Ali, thanks for your reply much appriciated, how would that system perform against something like this?

Haha sadly I have to go against my own suggestion but it will beat it. I decided to stay in the middle of 400-500, since you said you'd like to spend less now anyway.
EDIT: Your chosen PSU is bad, I'd recommend to change it.

What PSU would you go for? and no i know i said cheaper the better thats why i wanted to compare, is the one i suggested overkill for what i need?, also is there anything you would change on my suggestion? FOr maybe a little more / little less?

For the PSU, I say go with the one I suggested.
I wouldn't say so, honestly the RX 460 2GB is the newest and lowest end card in the market right now that you can buy new. And since you have that budget anyway the i5 7400 will be great and will perform phenomenally in all your tasks. Ofc it will be great if you're planning to do some gaming anytime.Well I wouldn't change anything except the PSU as I said and for a little less I'd recommend you to go with my suggestion. Otherwise if you don't worry for budget then ofc yours will be better. :)
