Really need some help with what seems like a broken motherboard

So I was doing my first build and I get everything together and I'm greeted with like the worst thing I could have imagined. It goes into the bios and this it what I see:

Click anything and it freezes. If I don't boot into bios then it just black screen for a long time untill I turn it off. I have doubled checked everything I just can't figure anything out at what's causing the problem. Someone please help. I'm at my wits end. It would mean so much if anyone could help. Thanks so much guys.

I would suggest trying to use the keyboard instead of the mouse. If only out of pure experimentation. My board runs fine and will get screwy sometimes just from using the mouse in BIOS. That does look messed up, though. Looks more like an improper video/monitor orientation than anything I know of. Are you able to get into the BIOS or POST is as far as it takes you?
