its hard to see in the picture but if that is this your good

A male and a female connection
your top is the female, the bottom looks to be the male, if it is this connection your good.

the connector from the my picture looks like a 4 pin power connector to sata male, its actually for a hub for rgb fans and LEDs

I was referring to the male end of the cable, not the 4 pin, in the image I could not see the contacts.
