Really odd bug, drop down menus bug out, volume sliders only go up?

Gyazo appears to have bugged that a bit, normally my cursor is above the YT player. Also happens on Discord.

Drop down menus seem to be broken on the one site I've used recently that has them.

Maybe a virus, but Avast didn't find anything.

Can answer any further questions pretty quick.

Edit: Also, it's not my mouse. I've tried two different ones, and they both do it. No issues scrolling up/down random web pages.

It's not the site, someone would've mentioned issues on the subreddit. But if you must, it's fanfiction.net.

Unless you're talking about the first one, that's Youtube.
