Really odd PC Problems

Hello, I'm new to this site.
I recently built a PC. I did a test boot and everything was working fine. After that I powered off the newly built PC. and obtained a Windows OS system. Here's where the problems started to arise. I booted up my computer (in hopes of installing windows) and my monitor screen was blank (keep in mind all the parts are compatible with each other.) What can I do to fix this issue. I'm not looking for anyone to do the work for me, I just require some troubleshooting assistance. Thanks a ton.

How were you planning to install windows?

Are you able to get into bios?

Parts in build? Try resetting BIOS via jumper on motherboard

I want to install windows from a disk. And I cant get into the bios because the monitor screen is black
