Really power button

I had my computer upgraded a few yrs ago and tge guy put a relay power button on it..I need instructions on how to turn it on.

Push the button? Not really sure what is happening that is an issue, you had it upgraded a few years ago and this is the first time you are turning it on? There are really only two types of ways to use a PC power button, the push one where it's either one or off depending on the last state, or the toggle which is like a normal light switch (click one end is on, click other way it's off). You can have a push button that is the same way also, that stays in different positions. But you don't need special instructions, just hit the button/switch.
